I'm a New York-based developer with a passion for crafting well-structured HTML, CSS, and Javascript. I've worked on sites for Fortune 500 companies such as Cisco, Verizon, Genentech, and Fiserv.
My most recent work has been for The Daily Muse, a media startup.
I keep experimenting with new technology and ideas, and my most recent project (still in alpha) is a literature mapping app.
I've worked substantially with framework-based sites using WordPress, Ruby on Rails, and Jive. In doing so, I've picked up quite a bit of backend knowledge. I've programmed a basic CMS in PHP and rolled a few small Rails apps from scratch. I'm currently playing around with Node.js.
I'm interested in continuing to work with HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript/AJAX to create dynamic web and mobile applications.
